AMS Biotechnology has announced the launch of its updated cfPure Cell Free DNA Purification Kit for scalable and automation-friendly isolation of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from patient serum or plasma samples.
The kit is designed for purification of circulating cfNDA and uses silica coated paramagnetic particles to purify cfDNA from less than 1 mL to greater than 10 mL of serum or plasma. To maximize cfDNA recovery, the buffers were developed to ensure efficient recovery of 100 bp–500 bp DNA fragments, which can then be used for a number of downstream applications, including bisulfite sequencing, NGS, and qPCR.
